These numbers come straight from the live SQLite database on Render. Every time you load
this page, the backend runs SELECT COUNT(*)
on the customer tables and computes the totals on the fly.
No customer information is ever exposed — only aggregate counts. Refund rate is computed
from rows automatically deactivated when a Stripe charge.refunded
